Welcome to Wedding Catamaran (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including private catamaran bookings, website usage, and interactions through any of our platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.

By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Prices are listed in [USD or MXN] and may vary based on group size, customizations, or seasonal factors.

A deposit may be required to reserve your date.

Final payment must be completed no later than [X] days prior to your scheduled tour.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

100% Refund for cancellations made 4 or more days before your scheduled tour.

50% Refund for cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled tour.

No Refund for no-shows; however, guests are eligible for one-time rescheduling at no additional cost within 90 days, subject to availability.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the original booking time.

3. Weather & Safety Disclaimer

We prioritize your safety above all else.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip.

If we cancel due to weather, guests will be offered a full refund or reschedule at no penalty.

4. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Participation in the tour is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You and your guests are physically fit to participate in boating and water activities.

We are not liable for injuries caused by negligence, unsafe behavior, or refusal to follow crew instructions.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

5. Privacy & Data Policy

Your personal information is collected for booking and communication purposes only.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

We may use your contact information to send important updates or promotional content, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

6. Content & Media Use

During your tour, we may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.

You grant us permission to use media content from your tour unless you notify us in writing before or during the event.

You may request removal of any media content you appear in at any time by contacting us directly.

Our content does not promote restricted activities, make false claims, or violate any local or international law.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or group for any reason, including but not limited to:

Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests

Intoxication beyond safe limits

Violation of safety regulations or terms outlined above

9. Governing Law
